S+F Group Benefits is looking to expand its sales team. We would like to hear from promising, developing, or established LLQP and/or MFDA licensed sales agents particularly in the arenas of group benefits sales and/or financial planning.
All sales positions at S+F include an established administrative support team to help manage client accounts, compliance demands, and back-end transactions so the sales team has their hands free to do what they do best—sell, advise, and service the needs of prospects and clients.
Qualifications: LLQP/MFDA license, CFPs welcome!
Experience in or a desire to pursue one or all of the following: group benefits sales: financial planning/advising and wealth management; life insurance sales
Post secondary education (such as a BA/BS) is desirable… new and established agents are welcome. In person and video presentation sales skills, interpersonal team skills, decent tech/computer skills required.
Core Responsibilities: sales and client service; healthy intra-office interactions with staff and other agents; sales team participation; participate in strategy and educational in-house meetings; attend team and client events; may include representing the company to lead-generating local business organizations at networking events.
A day in the life of an S+F sales agent will include one or more of the following: calling, emailing, presenting to and engaging prospects and clients; collaborating and strategizing with the admin support staff and the agent team; team planning and education sessions; collaborating with vendor reps; trips to vendor conferences.
Full time position.
Some remote work possible, but consistent office time expected. Car needed for client home or office visits/presentations.

As a Group Benefits Service Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and voice connecting our S+F advisors with our valued clients. Your role is all about making those day-to-day interactions smooth and delightful, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring our clients feel well taken care of.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication and Client Interaction: Answer and manage/dispatch telephone calls with a smile. Sort/manage and respond to emails promptly, bringing your positive energy.
Group Administration:
Maintain digital files and CRM.
Handle quoting, lead processing/follow-up, and new sale processes.
Ensure membership forms, arrears, and premium arrears are in order.
Assist in service set-up and follow-up, spreading positive vibes.
Create and manage spreadsheets, bringing your organizational magic.
Prepare reports and presentations with a touch of creativity.
When it comes to those little but critical day-to-day interactions, you are the face and the voice of S+F to our clients.
